This book was written whilst living on a sandbank/island in the Baltic Sea. Mostly alone and without either electricity or water coming out of sockets or taps I looked after the island and its birds. I spent my time writing short stories and poetry wandering around the deserted island with camera in my hand. In between times I travelled to Wales to care for an aged parent. All of those times were well spent.
